We're not parkruning this week as we have a 10k tomorrow, but off to Blaise next week as my parents live next door. Super excited even if the parkrun is on the dull bit (I get why as the paths are narrow further down). Love a jog to the start parkrun 😎
Enjoy your touristing Mrs Jigs. I hope your recovery from Covid is going well?

Trying to decide between staying safe at home at Cleethorpes, or going away to Ancholme Valley Way. Depends on the weather - there's no cover at either, but I can pretend to be doing something vital in the pigeon-house at Cleethorpes if it's raining.

RDing at Fell Foot in the forecast wall to wall sunshine that we expect in the Lake District at this time of year
Well stocked roster due to numbers being buoyed by a local running club and expecting a good turnout ahead of the Windermere Marathon on Sunday.
It's also MrsCA's 50th so I have to find something to say in the briefing that I won't get slapped for when we get home

Assuming that there is no significant rain before Saturday which causes a cancellation again, I plan to run at Witney 🤞
