Superb inaugural at Maryport Prom. Nice numbers, a handful of regulars from all the other local events, and the wind didn't join in.

Nice run, speeding up again after a few slower weeks. Had that almost feeling sick feeling when I finished, which means I've pushed myself. Still very mild but good running weather, wind coming off the sea.

Woodley or Dinton JC? I am going to try again to go to Jersey Farm. The M4 is shut again but only at J5-6 so intend to go up the A404 and onto the M40.
