I dropped all training last week on account of driving from Spain to UK and back to pick up some stuff! I’m not home yet, in the middle of France somewhere. A short run in Norfolk fields sunrise on Friday was a fine change of scene. I’ll set out a new training plan on return.

Streatham parkrun today. Horribly wet and leafy and a temp course so very disappointing time. Nice time visiting family though.
