It's not a lovely sandy one, the bottom is kind of sludgy and seaweedy. You can only swim there at high tide and I wasn't convinced it was deep enough. Today the dog was in swimming and it looked nice so I went and got a wetsuit on (we have jellyfish locally) and went for a swim. It was lovely. I even took the wetsuit off after a few 'lengths' along the shore revealed no jellyfish. I might need to keep an eye on tide times and start daily swimming.
