Erm, Swim: 999m Bike: like one orange pain session, I think? Run: no. Rugby: not as much as there should have been, I think LTUTPTDA: also not as much as I would like. But things are looking up! The lake I swam in yesterday has been taken over by the local authority and is now always open and free entry, as well as being sort of on my way home from work, so expect more swims. |

Greetings all. After a decent start April inevitably fell by the wayside while I've been cruising round the Med. I did complete my BHF Strong Woman Challenge though, doing every day's activity, and I also ran a bit on the treadmill (ugh) and around the Promenade deck. May is my birthday month so fingers crossed for an improved WAVA later in the month 😊 |

all the best for a great May @LazyDaisy What can I say about April in a word - DISAPPOINTING Run 2:45:34 - 17.1 - ongoing ankle issue mean I am not in a good place Bike 45:30:38 - 621.5 - mostly outside so excellent Cross 35:38:14 - holiday break saw me take an actual break from Karate Total 83:54:26 - underwhelmingly low due to running and just not being in the right head space extras MTB race - went badly would be putting it politely Dirty Reiver - not technically a race but it is at the end of the day longer than the Gralloch - made some fueling mistakes but largely a good day on the bike Rest days - 2 total days off Overall a disappointing month where my weight and diet continue to bring me problems |

I can only dream of a month as disappointing as that.

@GlennR I know mate, funny how we all gauge things, but by my standards this was poor from a volume point of view and self destructive on the diet front due to my ankle stopping me running and making me depressed.
