Rest day from swimming today but I took the kayak out to recce an open water route. The sea's up to 14 degrees now. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and start swimming in skins again

Loch Earn was freezing so it really was a dip. Loch Lubnaig was absolutely lovely. We also found an amazing pool on a river that was amazing.
