Day 30. Not done. I can't do it without prompts. Bit disappointed that I managed 29/30 and failed on final day. ☹️ |

Pam runs that’s exactly how I felt the first year I did Adriene’s 30 day program. That (and subsequent) year’s thread helped me get to the point last year where I could say to myself ‘don’t do day 30’ and accepting that this didn’t mean i’d ‘failed’. Starting off the challenge this year was a lot i felt a better happier with the prospect as i was already only thinking about it as *29* days. You really haven’t failed! |

Day 30ish done. I self guided myself to my work yoga class I do want to try a proper self guided session at some point, but this made more sense to fit in a session today.

I elected to substitute Day 16 for Day 30. I had noted 'actually enjoyed the breathing' and I did again. There are a couple of different poses and at 19 mins less likelihood of boredom on my part. I've blogged my general feeling about yoga, YWA and the 30 days this year. Not negative in any way but more appropriate as a blog than a long comment. |

Day 29 and day 30 done. I actually q enjoyed day 30 but then I have had a pretty good day so was in the right frame of mind. This is the first time I have ever finished in 30 days. Thank you all

Well done Linds! Day 30 done here too - really surprised myself that I allowed myself to go with ‘what felt good’ today - and that included some more challenging poses! Found myself aligning with Adriene in some areas, but in others just doing my own thing. Very pleased at completing another 30 days. Now I just need to keep it up! |

Am planning on doing day 30 in the morning. Ran out of time and energy today.

I am up to date 17 today, which feels like a reasonable achievement. I will carry on to finish the 30 though, from the sound of it, I’m not sure I’m looking forward to Day 30. To quote Derry Girls “I don’t want to be an individual on my own!”

Did day 25 today, Wednesday is my long day run, and it went down well. It also confirmed that my fave pose is sleeping pigeon.
