Day 25 Amor done. Enjoyed it. Was made a little more challenging by Albie dog who decided to join me on the mat for the session, lying down against me 😆

Day 29 done.

I seem to just remember the moves i can't do. Today was the squat how on earth do you get your backside down to nearly the floor. My legs are stuck at 90 degrees.

Day 29 done ✅

Pleasure

Overall i enjoyed today, another flow-y one. It felt very heavy on the downward dogs and planks, but did have enough other bits -warrior two/goddess/yogi squat which I really like dojng (sorry Pam 😉) so maybe they were just concentrated together. Finishing off with a good glute massage. Adrienne has definitely been getting us ready for day 30 with the ‘do you own thing’ sections this year, but that’s not my thing for a whole video so I’m considering this year’s journey done. I’ll pick a favourite video to repeat tomorrow..

I have an in person yoga class tomorrow anyway so I'm considering counting that as my day 30. So far I've been doing Adriene and my normal class so that I don't have to catch up a video, but as there's nothing after day 30 I don't feel like I need to tomorrow (and it will let me have a lie in!).

I am waaaaay behind, having just done day 16 but, in the spirit of not getting obsessed in 2023, chose at the start not to try to catch up if I fell behind. Still it’s more yoga than I’ve ever done so all good. It would help if I could get into some sort of routine however. I shall definitely be carrying on in February

I'm almost certainly not going to carry on with doing yoga every day in February - while I like the discipline of it, yoga isn't my main training and there are days where I'd be better off focussing on what I'm meant to be doing rather than trying to squeeze yoga in on top. But I will try to do a bit more than I was doing before this and it has helped me work out what type of sessions work best alongside the other things I do.

I did Day 25 yesterday. I’m a bit behind as I’m doing the YWA ones on days when I’m not doing an in-person Yoga or Pilates class😀
