I didn't like the seated bit at the start. I just don't get on with those swift breath patterns. I did enjoy the warrior flow - although I too was facing the wrong way first time around I think I more or less got it right!

Just done Day 26.
I too liked the middle part of the warrior flow, with the rotating arms moving you smoothly from one pose into the next. :-)
I might incorporate that into my home routines. :-)

Day 27 done.

Not much to say about today's.

27 days in and my seated forward lean is still almost upright!!!

I still have the flexibility of a tinman.

I struggle with seated folds too but I thought today went fairly quickly for a "slow" session. Very pleased to still be on track this far in :)

Day 27 done ✅

Yin

As the title suggests a yin yoga video. As YP said it went very quickly for a slow session. Not my favourite yin video (selection of stretches could have been better for me) but i do enjoy a yin session so not complaining 😉 would make a very good evening/pre-bed session, or for a cool down post workout. Might repeat this one, but more likely to choose a different yin one. (Double the length but I do like this one of hers post LSR or the day following.. m.youtube.com )

Thanks for heads up on 27. Will do it this afternoon after my class. Will do 26 this morning - was too tired after double athletics yesterday - although I did incorporate a few yoga moves (poses? positions?) into my warm ups.

It's interesting that yoga and Pilates* are very evident in athletic warm ups these days.

* yes, of course I know Pilates mat work owes plenty to yoga

Did 27 earlier - it made a nice change and I did find I could fold more so to speak as it went on!
