OUCH! As long as you didn't land on your coccyx as I famously did running backwards in a dance class sometime last century.

Also bruised coccyx in a bizarre gardening accident sometime this century.

28 done. Used a ballet hint for the eagle arms balance and got my foot wrapped (go me).

At this late stage I'm finding it REALLY helps to not mirror Adriene so I'm always on the correct side.

I have 2 to do today to bring myself up to date.

I know we're all at different points. It pleases me that everyone is working at the right pace for them and that this thread had proved to be so supportive.

For those of you who like Adriene and who want to keep a regular practice going, I've added the link to her free February calendar. Each month has a theme and is made up of existing free videos on YouTube. Often there are one or two new ones during the month, too.

Thanks Bint :) I have been surprised what a difference 'every day' makes compared to the 'most days' I usually manage. I'm hoping this thread will help keep me on track!

Day 28 done ✅

Freedom

Really enjoyed this flow. I wasn’t at all smooth on the transitions into or out of Eagle and wobbly during but i’m putting that down to tiredness and being generally conscious of possibility of someone coming in whilst I was doing it as much as anything else, so wasn’t too surprised. Very quick session again, but a good amount of movement throughout. Another one to add to the ‘to repeat’ list 😁

NSC - becoming a decent burrito is a lovely end to a workout isn’t it 😄

Well done everyone!
