Am looking forward to 25 just before bed - if I can get the flat warm enough. Might just want to jump in bed with all my clothes on. Currently on train, next stop Hoxton.

23 done. I was thinking about doing 24 as well but I was at the osteo this morning and I know I was pushing my luck with some of the planks etc in 23. I don't think my osteo would approve of camel straight after she's ironed out all the kinks.

Me too, just done it. Had to redo first few minutes as it really wasn't working in jeans and socks... (although I did put the socks back on)
Quite liked the inner thigh stretches, would have preferred no planks and no down dogs, no cobras - in other words closer to prone/supine the better for me tonight.

Today seemed to be a lot of forward fold and downward dog.
On a positive note I did feel a bit stronger in warrior.

A better video for me this morning - a flow-y moving one 😁 good combination of warrior two, humble warrior and side angle with some cobras/upwards dogs after a bit of a mix of half plank push ups, downward dogs, low lunges, forward folds and half way lifts. Finishing off with some supine twists. Will happily do this one again.
