Well done GOTD 😁 being able to keep up the momentum definitely helps me (and adds to the sense of achievement). Whether that is daily or weekly etc doesn't matter so much as keeping going!

Day 24. First one I actively enjoyed since Day 16, and possibly 18. It helped that I committed and did EXACTLY what she said, knew I'd have to engage abs properly for a decent Camel, concentrated on keeping hips square all the time -and let myself sink into those deep forward stretches while keeping sitzbones grounded (I have somewhat er, 'wayward' hips).

Liked the way back and forwards bends were used with/against each other.

I usually mirror Adriene but today I followed her instructions and re right and left and was therefore facing opposite direction to screen. I 'think' she always uses her own lwf tand right- but now I'm not sure! She uses back and front a lot so 'pivot on the back foot' (for instance) will work whichever way you are facing.

My online dance teachers swap everything so when they say 'face the left corner' it's actually their right. Makes it easier to follow.

Am very easily confused with left and right (especially in turns on screen )

Did day 18 a few hours after my long run. I did not need the goddess poise, my left glute cramped up and my quads were not at all happy. A useful lesson, will preview the sessions in future....or I might not, I'm easily confused.

Days 23 and 24 done. Really liked them both. Day 23 was noticeably faster than usual.

Adriene never mirrors but I often do if I’m facing her. I’ve noticed that often on the first side in eg Warrior you end up facing away if you’ve followed her left and right.

Thanks Meglet - that's what I thought. You're same as me then.

Aerobics instructors always say whichever side the class is on, so I found it confusing when Adriene did it from her perspective. I can't remember whether this is Adriene specific though or yoga generally
