Day 16. Also liked it -esp after being so bored with Day 15. Some different things - I even liked the breath bit. Nice and short too - just 19 minutes.

A few days delay here - managed unwind (day 12) yesterday and planning on Trust (day 13) tonight. Hoping it is more fun than unwind. Not sure what it was about unwind, but was a bit bleugh somehow, but so was much of the day, so maybe I just hadn't slept enough. Keen to keep going through the series, but accepting that some days I won't manage it. Good to hear that day 16 might be a good one.

I've just done work yoga and realised something - I'm far better at balancing when I'm twisting than when I look straight ahead. It was the twisty balances last week where I felt rock solid. I'm going to have to work out what I do better when I'm twisting and see if I can do it when I'm not!

Finished day 9, hips and shoulders sending out distress signal throughout. May try to put in two sessions tomorrow, an evening window has opened up. Only draw back is it's also long run day, so we'll see.

Yeah I just did so well the week before! I shouldn’t let it drag me down though! You’re right!

lol McGoohan my trees used to look like this but I am getting better - mind you cant get my leg in the position Mark manages.

Good to have a little read back and see that we are all still doing a bit more yoga, Jelly I am terrible for feeling guilty if I miss a session but I'm working on the theory I'm doing more than I was and I do love it.

I snuck in a quick 20min while I was having a computer break, coincided with OH making a brew so technically it was no different to going and making a cuppa. As I did that I am intending to sneak another in while tea is cooking.

My back and legs feel a bit tired which I didnt expect but then lots of single leg work that they're really not that used to doing.
