Time to put this information into practice. I really enjoyed the video. Not much movement, but all incredibly informative and useful for practicing/getting an idea of the drishti point and gaze and how to use it in practice. My quads had had enough by the end of of goddess poses, but I managed all of it really well. Pretty mediative in it’s own way without feeling as such 😁 Will repeat this one for sure.
