I think McG must have been practising his yoga by bending his way through time.

When I asked the dentist, he said I can do some light stretching but no inversions. As 90% of Adriene is Downward-facing Dog and Forward Fold I've decided I might as well leave it a few days.

Flatlander Jan 2023 9:14am, 19 Jan 2023 2,693 posts	0 Flatlander Re Namaste: Perhaps Adriene is thinking along these lines yogajournal.com I (I'm NOT a yoga expert) personally feel that Namaste has its place in yoga provided users understand its meaning and use it appropriately (see the penultimate paragraph in the above link) as a means of suitable respect and acknowledgement.
