Way behind on day 10

Not sure if it’s already been mentioned. But I’m wondering why she doesn’t say namaste at the end of this series ? She did once at about day 4 but not since ?

Sharkie
This might sound a bit mad but I wondered if she'd decided it was sort of cultural appropriation? And she's gently phasing it out?

I'm not keen anyway so don't mind - but I know a lot of you have said you like it and miss it.

Corrah Actually we do have our very own real life time traveller on Fetch - McGoohan
fetcheveryone.com/blog/137/2017/3/364775 from 2017 and these 3 from 1955 fetcheveryone.com/blog/137/1955/11/176242

That was great fun. :-)
I think McG must have been practising his yoga by bending his way through time. ;-)

Sadly, due to my faceache, I haven't been able to do the 30 day challenge for a couple of days. When I asked the dentist, he said I can do some light stretching but no inversions. As 90% of Adriene is Downward-facing Dog and Forward Fold I've decided I might as well leave it a few days.

I think I’m on day 5! I haven’t done any this week, hopefully going to do it right now!

Day 18 done, I quite liked that and I like the way she's breaking it down to work on one thing at a time.

Re Namaste:

Perhaps Adriene is thinking along these lines yogajournal.com

I (I'm NOT a yoga expert) personally feel that Namaste has its place in yoga provided users understand its meaning and use it appropriately (see the penultimate paragraph in the above link) as a means of suitable respect and acknowledgement.

Autumnleaves
Enjoyed today although as I usually do quite a bit with my eyes closed, it was a challenge to start with. I do like goddess though so it was nice to work through those variations.
