Second go at day 10. Definitely better second time through. t'missus was in the room, so I didn't have to slap my own booty but could outsource that part of the practice. Definitely an improvement, but is it meant to leave a bruise? :-D |

Day 10 done ✅ felt as though the moves were a little bit quicker than previous sessions. Enjoyed this one.

And that’s day 10 done here too. Very nearly bailed out after a 12 hour day in the office, but very glad I showed up. Quick and energising, even when tired. The flinging arms around bits were both very welcome today!

Day 9 done. Found that quite tough, especially on my shoulders and legs. Had a laugh on the roll down to lying on my back. Just as I was doing it Albie dog decided to lie behind me so I ended up with my head almost on him, he moved and got his foot caught in my top. We adjusted position and then he decided to lick my face. It’s a definite improvement on last year. He mostly goes and snoozes and watches me and I can do the yoga on my mat. Last year I couldn’t get the mat out as he would grab and tug the mat whenever I put it out. |

PenW that sounds nice having a bit of company when you are doing your practice, apart from almost squashing Albie.

I'm a late starter, so I'm trying to catch up by doing 2 sessions a day. It's interesting to compare what others wrote several days ago about ones they did then that I am only doing now. At this rate I'll catch up with the rest of you in a week. |

I’m behind - have just done day 6. I might try and do day 7 later, but then again I might not 😅

Day 11 done and some of that was hard for me, especially the balance and twist whilst holding the knee.
