Day 5 done this morning, as yesterday just ran away with me. I liked all of it apart from the hugs at the start because they went on for too long. Maybe I just don't like myself enough 😁. It was good to find the mountain climbers/cross overs better than I expected and a reminder that I'm not quite as weak and weedy as I might think. Not strong, not yet, but I could do them and all the planks. I'll do Day 6 this evening.

Day 6 done. Absolutely fine and seemed really quick - very glad it was all lying on the mat and no planks or mountain climbers.

Although I could tell I haven’t been to Pilates for a bit!

Meglet you are exactly where you need to be. There is no requirement to do it every day.

Thanks HP! I am keeping up with my daily mobility videos, they’re about 15 minutes each day and a bit easier to fit in than Adriene.

Meg, I’ve only done day 3 today, knew I’d never be able to do daily practice
Wasn’t sure whether to stay on the thread or not :(

Ok that's Days 5 and 6 done consecutively. Good to feel with Day 6 that I've done a proper core, lower abs work out. Felt very Pilates to me.

One thing I found difficult was keeping my shoulders, upper back lifted in the latter half of the session. Tight thoracic spine doesn't help and it can feel a bit of a strain if I don't remember the classic 'pull down under the armpits' - which I didn't today.

I don't much like the hug at the start of day 5 and admit to going into eagle arms to get more of a stretch of the upper back.
