Did day 5 today after enjoying a day in Manchester yesterday with Mrs J. never done anything like this before so I find it hugely challenging but I am enjoying it. I even found myself practicing balancing on one leg for 30 seconds at a time whilst stood around yesterday!

Day 6 done now and I'm glad I saved it for after my long run :-)
I do like her short, sharp core sessions and this was no exception.

Really good to hear you're enjoying it.

And I like the image of you standing on one foot randomly during the day :-)

Rosehip and Tom Tom - I couldn't when I first started either but all the hip opening work and practice brings those incremental gains. And, sometimes our bodies just aren't made for a particular pose. We can only do what what's right for us.

And this is what I need to myself when presented with Crow and Cow Legs (among others)! ;-)

And this "zen acceptance" has taken me a LONG time :-)
And I have to work at it (in life as well as yoga)

And done. Blimey. Pleased I went back and perservered through it, that was hard.

I'm glad you did too, Slowboy - well done!

Well done everyone on whatever they’ve done so far.

I definitely need to remember/tell myself this more - and make myself be ok with this as it is a fact!
