Just did days 4&5 back to back. I thought Hug meant it was going to be gentle and relaxing. It was not! My arms are planked out. Which is fine, as tomorrow it will be all abs. The infamous day 6....see you on the other side....

Yes I agree - I would rather a bit of waffle I can tune out of than music I don't want to listen to!!

Day 5 done

Glad I saved this until after work today because a hug was exactly what I needed.
Felt good and strong today too (which always helps :-) )
I think this was my favourite day so far

I just breathe normally for myself whilst I wait - she does have to explain the poses as she goes, our Pilates instructor is the same.

Me too
I've learnt that breathing helps me stay stronger for longer in poses, too :-)
I also think that sometimes she talks through in order to distract from how long we've been in plank ;-)

I'm not sure I did the squat right as I didn't look at screen. At that point it was too far behind me :)

I’ve just done day 5. I find all the planks hard. I liked the squats though!

I’ve decided to catch up tomorrow as I feel quite tired tonight.

Day 5 done. My arms are quite tired from my project so the planks and downward dogs were a challenge today.

Planning on doing Day 3 tomorrow
As suspected going back to work leaves no yoga time!

Been very inspiring though reading through your experiences and I’m looking forward to the next few sessions

Cheeky’s Dad
So, as usual, I’m late but this evening… I showed up! (which is clearly not the hardest part) I was, of course, clueless and could have done with having a head up display. Trying to check the tv screen while in a downward facing dog is somewhat counter-productive but I’m sure I’ll get the hang in time. The big thing was I loved it and feel very relaxed now. Can’t wait for tomorrow
