Heard last night on the grapevine that Stafford might be in the pipeline - one of my snooker team mates runs for Stafford Tri club, and he told my sister over the weekend that some people from his club (who are based at that park) are looking to set one up there. I don't know how far along that process they are, but I'd guess at very early days yet.

There's certainly demand for more parkruns around here - Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolves and Cannock Chase are all very highly subscribed.

There may be an inaugural parkrun happening near you. Best to check with the local parkrun volunteers to see if they want you to know about it or not.

Otherwise there are plenty of already established parkruns to go to in the UK and abroad, see: parkrun.org.uk
