That looks lovely, runnyeyes. You’ve done an excellent job with that. :)

Looks fabulous runnyeyes the thing about fit is I wouldn’t have even noticed if you hadn’t drawn my attention to your underarms! It’s a lovely pattern!

I’m participating in a new craft for this thread on Saturday. I’m doing a blacksmith taster day! Slightly nervous about hurting myself with hot stuff but looking forward to trying something new.

Thankfully I think it’s unlikely to lead to wanting a forge at home.

That's wonderful runnyeyes - isn't it amazing what can be achieved with needles and yarn!

Sounds interesting Meglet - I enjoyed metalwork at my 70s comprehensive; we made an ashtray (!) from molten metal (polishing was fun) and a bird feeder from a metal rod which we heated to bend.

I've just taken delivery of a small set of pencils and watercolour pencils
Can't draw for toffee - well I can do a mean 3d cube! - but thought it would be interesting to try even if it's just using a colouring book for adults!

Work is about to get stressy as I have been given the shittest account ever

Meglet.. a blacksmiths taster day...that made me smile! Just thinking about the contrast to the metalwork that you deal with in your job.

Take lots of photos 😀
