Fragile Do Not Bend
It’s not so much the pattern, it’s the combination of colours that’s so pretty. I might have to give in :)

Cyclops
That blanket appeared on the educrochet twitter group. It's very tempting! So pretty. Tell me that it is too pale and it'll be black in no time in this house...

Couple of questions which you all might be able to help with:

1. Book-themed fabric: I've looked at all my usual online place and not found anything quite right - has anyone happened to see anything? It's tricky to Google it as book, print and fabric tends to turn up things like clothbound books. I did find some digital print which is like old books but my friend would like something more contemporary.

2. I'd like to crochet some "scrubbies" to use as alternatives to cotton wool pads - any suggestions for the best yarn to use? I have Sirdar baby bamboo but not sure how absorbent it is. The only cotton I have is rather hard.

Thank you lovely crafters!

My daughter made some scrubbies. We found cotton was a bit too hard. She used some bamboo cotton. It is quite absorbent so I’ve been slightly wetting them before adding a drop of makeup remover.
