Thanks Jef. I'm still dreading it! Is it bad form to take a chunder bucket into the gym?;-)

Nice preparation for Saturday, Nellers. I second the bucket!

Gave the new rower (stealth-black 😊) a bit of a run-out yesterday after spending ages trying to work out how to upgrade the firmware on the PM5 and connect ErgData. Got there eventually!

I knew the usage was fairly light for its age but hadn't realised that was barely run in. I was actually starting to wonder if I'd made a bad decision/paid a bit over the odds because the listing said it had done less than 20K but the PM5 says otherwise. Now reassured given all your comments and the price you got for your old rower, Jef, so thanks for that!

Chunder buckets are for races Nellers. Never kill yourself in anything else ! :-)

Never thrown up on the machine but have regained consciousness with either fellow competitors or St JOHNS stood over me. Have some good photos looking very blue around the lips and nose in the last 500 metres.

Day two of Wolverine. Grief. I ache.

Well done on making it this far Jef.πŸ˜‰

Last time I did a 2k test at the gym a young lady came over to check if I was ok after i’d finished and fallen off the seat. I was just laid there panting. She looked most concerned.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Chundering into a bucket is acceptable. Over a fellow competitor is regarded as poor form.

I went for a run this morning along a shortish route I haven't done recently, having been working on extending the distance. Took it easy but still knocked 45 secs/mile off the pace. This rowing lark every other day does seem productive.
