Great training everyone!

That's a lot of metres Muttley well done, it's the equivalent of rowing John O'Groats to Lands End 7.8 times 💪

Nice mancave Nellers, just need a bar in there now 😉

I've rowed a bit less this week, I felt the urge to run after seeing London marathon memories pop up on my Facebook, so that's what I did. Rowed 10k yesterday and today I ran 5 miles then jumped straight on the erg and rowed 5 miles which was quite enjoyable.

Thanks Craggy. You'd think that after so many metres I'd go a bit faster than I do ...

Blimey o'riley Rog T! That's a huge leap forward mate!

I've updated the sidebar to record that time. I'm genuinely impressed with how well you've done.

Great time Rog T.

I must get back on the erg.
Have had a week off, not on purpose, have just been doing some other stuff.
Couple of bike rides and a load of gardening.
Will just go for a gentle paddle tonight.

I have bought a HRM, so interested to see what my HR is over something like 10k.

HRM connected OK.
10k in 43:45, around 18 s/m.
Average HR was 129 and highest was 139.

My recent cycling has been averaging in the 150s.

Will have to play around to see if we can get that up a bit.

Ace going there, Rog. Obviously a natural!

Just a couple of 20-min sessions this morning, each being 7 minutes at notional 5k pace and the other 13 at notional marathon. Enjoyable enough.
