Trying to get back out after being floored by the lurgy for weeks. 2 miles yesterday and again today.

10k planned but postponed due to less than 4hrs sleep, 4 & ½ hours driving, 5 hours swimming in freezing white water and legs yesterday making me rather stiff.

13+ miles this evening. A nice sunset, not too cold and the after the ice and snow hullabaloo, running mojo is returning. All good.

Around 5 miles with some on canal towpath. Ages since I have been along there.

A slow 3.20 miles. Very cold this morning, added to by a slight breeze sapped my motivation to go further. Some great running reported of late, well done all. |

Ten miles - quite slow and a bit of a struggle in the latter stages. I think only having 4-5 hours' sleep last night didn't help.

A 10k race. A fair account of my current fitness.
