Nice running folks

Weather not making it easy for some

Just over 5 miles with middle 1 and a bit miles about 30 seconds slower than MP. Really pleased with run.

Great running all.

Short run to start the year (just over 2 miles). Paths very slippery so cut run short due to risk.

Actually ran 5k on Saturday! 1st run since August. I aim to run 5k once a week and continue with cross training sessions in the park - hopefully the PF will be managed.

Just over 3 miles today in snow and slush. Didn’t feel the Achilles for long periods in the run (may have been numbed by the freezing cold slush puddles 😁). No problems since
