Quite long enough. Not sure I'm going to get on board with the idea of doing 15 and 16 mile runs, let alone anything longer.

Nice. I’ve hit my temporary self-imposed ceiling and I felt very comfortable doing 5.5km.

Nice running folks

I have to admit @Velociraptor the long run is my favourite run of the week.

Kenyan hills type session. Hard up and down short hill. 10 second rest then repeat. Did 5 lots off up/down. Calf raises and yoga for rehab

A mid week (if Thursday is mid week) medium long run of 10 miles. Before bed this morning I did my physio exercises and before bed tonight some calf raises. (Wednesday was my last night shift till Saturday night so 2 bedtimes 😁)

No running today. Planning 15+ with 6 at MP on Saturday which will take me to 40+ for the week. Considering my last 3 weeks have been 13, 23 and 31 I think it’s enough. Did some Nordic hamstring curls and calf raises.

In t-shirt and shorts, and just missed some Spanish rain.
