More great running folks 14 and change today. Ran to the Black Path (a path on the old midland railway so similar to Tissington Marathon under foot). From bridge at the old station did 15 mins at marathon HR then turned around and 15 mins back. Took the first 15 mins to hit HR then settled in for last 15. Ran further in second 15 mins than first. Easy back home with a couple of climbs. Still a lot of work to do but 2 weeks ago I wouldn’t have even thought of doing this run. No problems with Achilles |

4 miles recovery this evening with no problems Just a few aches to start with that soon went as the blood flowed. Rehab exercises in the morning No problems with the Achilles after yesterday’s long run |
