I stopped wearing my Garmin during the night as my wrist was getting fed up of wearing it all the time.

Anyway it says my training status is productive, low aerobic shortage.

Run suggested was stride repeats. No pace suggested. By find easy run paced fairly slow and faster runs a bit too quick.

Body battery is good at 66/100.

Mine isn't allowed to tell me to move, but occasionally it tells me I appear stressed and might like to consider breathing.

Oh, one of my favourite topics, criticizing my bossy gadget. 😄 My Garmin says:

Training status: productive
Training load: 1383 is in the optimal range 722-1540 (but that's before my run)
Load focus: High Aerobic shortage (also anaerobic), suggestion: do a few more high intensity workouts to improve VO2 max and LT
(My load distribution is 88 - 841 - 3195 for anaerobic, high and low aerobic)

Recovery: 51 hours, recovering as expected. Recovery needs are high, good idea to take it easy. (See the conflict with the advice above)

Body battery at 82
Sleep score 80, good
Suggested training: rest or at least, I should keep it short and easy. Which is what I'm going to do, 4 mi recovery run on the plan.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
