I'm getting back to normal after the Arlberg Giro on 30 July. My RHR was high for nearly a week, between 46-48. The last 4 days, it's gone back below 45 again, last night 41.
My training status was recovery for a while, now at maintaining because I have barely done any hard running while I was recovering. Tomorrow's 15k race may make some changes to that.
Sleep good, 88 points for 7 hours with no interruptions.

Balanced HRV lasted for 24 hours and then drifted down again.
Slept a bit better last night, 7hrs 40/75/fair. RHR, which had crept up again is back to 38 and body battery at 91, highest for a while.
Today’s suggestion (with no events in calendar) is 24 minutes recovery. Will do a bit more than that - want to chase the 100 mile a month line, but it will be as easy as I can make it.

My HRV has wandered down to the "unbalanced" phase of the waveform, having failed to manage to get that low last time the curve dropped. Otherwise nothing interesting. It wants me to do a 37min recovery run. I'll probably go out for a little longer than that.

having put a workout in my calendar I am now seeing suggestions! Apparently I need to do a threshold run with 19 mins at 11.30 pace bookended by 10 mins easy MY RHR has not reduced my BB only got to 81 SS only 68 and I am apparently strained due to low HRV so not sure how it come up with a hard workout with those scores? Oh well I lifted weights instead I need to rediscover my diet to get my stats better it seems

Heart rate variable or something? (I know RHR, mine's 42 occasionally a bit up, sometimes slightly lower.)

I was intrigued by the body Battery thing on my new but pretty basic Garmin. I assumed it was a load of nonsense, but Canute (whose opinion I trust) says it has 'some' value.

It can be useful - for example if you are inclined to not train and the BB is high then you can persuade yourself that you aren't really tired but also if you think you are OK and it's lower you may talk yourself out of it! I think it becomes more relevant over time as you can see trends For me my stats improved hugely when I was following SPR then as I have slipped so have my stats which has been an eye opener as it's shown that food and drink has more impact on the body than I thought (I need to get my focus back!!) like so many things though it's a stat and can be manipulated to fit the circumstances!

My Garmin showed a HR of 168 when I was jogging down the hill so I took my pulse and it was 125. I think it didn’t like the rain as it sat on 152 for over a mile. Need to turn HR off unless I put my chest strap on as the bleeping gets on my nerves 😬
