Big_G Feb 2022 4:30pm, 9 Feb 2022 1,483 posts	0 Big_G SPR, I did an easy run with the strap and wrist sensor displayed using that data field larkim mentioned ages ago, and for me the difference was laughable. Sometimes the wrist sensor was very high, and other times very low. I didn't try it in an interval session though. For completeness, the chest strap isn't totally fool proof for me either though. In the winter, sometimes for the first mile or so, the readings are too high, I think possibly caused by a contact issue. I don't seem to get the problem as much in the summer, maybe because I get warmer quicker in the summer? I don't know. I know there is a spray you can get to help with the contact, but it is not really an issue, as generally my first mile or so of my runs are very easy anyway. If/when this HR strap breaks I would probably go for the Polar to try that out as loads of people like it.
