Must say I have fallen out of love with squats. I am upping the amount of pull-ups though

I think that's fair enough, lammo.

And CW: If you're not having fun it's not going to stick so why would you? ALso a fair decision.

I’m actually finding this really hard at the moment. Did Cindy (20 minutes, as many rounds as possible, 5 pull ups, 10 press ups, 15 air squats). Managed 5 pull ups more than last time but it is kicking my arse!

The only thing to do if you’re going through hell is to keep going, right? That’s not somewhere you want to hang around. I’d just better keep practicing!

I'm not getting very far with pull ups. Press ups are getting easier and squats are ok. I'll keep hanging until it improves.

I had a go at a hang last night just to see how long I could manage. I did 60 secs (to match my daughter), but I reckon 70 would be my limit at the moment. Nellers, have you ever tried this?

20-30 seconds is all the hanging I can do. It’s like anything, though. If you practice you can get better and it’s not something I really practice.

Might try the hanging after work. Chinup grip or pullup grip?

I did wide pull up grip but, as with anything, do what works for you.
