I hope you're not deserting me TBR> I'm about to get going with 1km row, 50 pull ups, 100 press ups, 150 squats, 1km row.
I'm thinking that because I know I can do the volume of reps if I partition it I'm going to go unpartitioned (ie. complete the 50 pull ups before starting the press ups etc). I wonder how this will go.

I’m an absolute idiot. Just finished and thought “my legs don’t feel too bad at all”.
Then I realised that I went straight from the press ups back into the rower and totally skipped the squats.
And I properly buried myself on the second row so I am not in a state to give it another go.
What a muppet! So annoyed with myself.

And 150 squats took me 7 minutes after getting my breath back, so I’d be doing well to get it all done unpartitioned under 30 minutes.

You've made a lot of progress over the month Nellers. You must be really pleased. You'll be at Full Murph in no time
I'm still nowhere near doing a pull up but can hang (assisted) for 35 seconds now, up from 10.

I'm pleased with getting through the movements but I'm properly annoyed that I got it out of sequence so I've not actually recorded a score!
And GM, that's great progress too. Huge increase in hang time. Well done!

Have been wondering about doing this. The half murph. Would like to try to get a base score. Then train and complete it in (a better) time. I like the challenge just to see if I could do it in the first instance. Probably only get three sets of 10/20/30, if I’m lucky.
