Thanks for pointing me in this direction, CW. It's been very interesting reading the thread. Has your knee recovered yet Nellers?

Enough that I've started building a bit of running back into things, FM.
Anyone thinking a Half Murph at the end of January is a good plan? I reckon my running might be up to that by then.

800m run 50 pull ups 100 press ups 150 bodyweight squats 800m run
Officially the reps are all done before moving on to the next thing (ie 50 pull ups then 100 press ups then 150 squats) BUT partitioning the reps is an acceptable (and for most people the only!) way to go.
I plan to do it as 10 rounds of 5/10/15.
So me and Chunky, then. Who else?

I'm in. Assuming we don't need the weighted vest either? I'll be partitioning and doing chinups instead of pullups to clarify.

No weighted vests required TBR, and get yourself up to the bar any way you fancy.

At the moment I have been doing alternating pull-ups/ chin-ups. Chin-ups are easier for me so I do more pull-ups!
