Enough that I've started building a bit of running back into things, FM.

Anyone thinking a Half Murph at the end of January is a good plan? I reckon my running might be up to that by then.

800m run
50 pull ups
100 press ups
150 bodyweight squats
800m run

Officially the reps are all done before moving on to the next thing (ie 50 pull ups then 100 press ups then 150 squats) BUT partitioning the reps is an acceptable (and for most people the only!) way to go.

I plan to do it as 10 rounds of 5/10/15.

So me and Chunky, then. Who else?

I'm in. Assuming we don't need the weighted vest either? I'll be partitioning and doing chinups instead of pullups to clarify.

At the moment I have been doing alternating pull-ups/ chin-ups. Chin-ups are easier for me so I do more pull-ups!
