Don't expect wisdom from me lammo. I'm the bloke with the dodgy achilles because I didn't stop when it hurt and thought "just one more half marathon".
But yes, triceps are going to take a bashing which might be eased with bent over rows.
I've been managing some running over the last few days and I've been fine with squats and lunges, and now sit-ups as well so I'm doing "stuff", just not quite the "stuff" I want or need to be doing.

4 sets of 15/50/45 again today and getting slightly quicker I think. I’m averaging about 3m45s per set.

Another half Murph today after a 2 mile run. 10 sets of 5/10/15 chinups /pressups /squats. Felt much tougher than last time as been neglecting chinups.

I’ve managed 5 days of 45/200/180. I’m going to have the weekend off as my arm aches a bit.

I'm going to be fine for the squats and the run but everything else might be a struggle. I've not been able to do press ups or pull ups since 1/11.

Just push the date out Nellers. When do you think you’ll be better?

Mrs CW has just told me I'm doing my squats wrong. I'm bending at the waist too much and sticking my bum out. The reason for this is my hamstrings are too tight to squat properly with my feet flat on the floor. Do you think it's better to squat with my heels raised to give more movement in the correct posture, or should I just keep my feet flat?

I've always read that keeping feet flat is the main thing but I'm a long way from expert so maybe someone else will be able to help (and I tend to do some body lean too and haven't noticed any problems resulting).
We're a week out from the chosen weekend and I'm afraid this time it's me dropping out. My back is just about right for me to start doing press-ups and pull-ups through the week but my knee has been swollen then just sore and stiff so the running and squats are off the menu for now. If the week goes well I might join in with rowing replacing the runs and doing just a half-sort-of-Murph but it's more likely that I'll be cheering you all on from the sidelines.

Since I’ve starting doing the squats properly I will not be able to manage enough for any attempt. I think I’ll continue to build up
