Yep, definitely need to work on pacing. I’m going to keep the same sets as today for a while and then, when it gets easier I can have a look at upping to 4x 5/10/15 per. It would be good to work to getting to a half-murph a day split into 4 sessions then all I have to do not have a break, right?

Actually, just realised I very nearly did a half murph on today's session!

You did in total, CW. A full is 100/200/300 so a half is 50/100/150. You've smashed it mate! Just tack a run on either side and you're oven-ready (I think that's the phrase isn't it?)

How did you feel during the following days Nellers, did you need to have a couple of easier days afterwards?

To be fair I've not been training all that hard the last week or so anyway. The day after I was a bit tired in the shoulders and lats but otherwise nothing serious. I didn't have to reduce training at all although it only amounted to half an hour or so anyway.

Well you obviously didn't put enough effort in then did you? :-)

Excellent, well done, have you been googling weighted jackets?

LOL lammo. No, not bothering with a weighted vest yet but wondering about doing it unpartitioned (100 pull ups then 200 press ups then 300 squats) rather than in more manageable chunks. Maybe not a November plan but maybe January?

And are you going to joinus for the November weekend? A Half- or even Quarter-Murph would be a good start.

Back on it today with 60 pull-ups, 200 press-ups and 180 squats. Each set of 15/50/45 takes me around 4 minutes and I did 4 sets (with about 1 hour between each set).
