I'm going to try concentrating on pressups and chinups in sets of 10 and 5 to see how I go.

Squats aren’t too bad once you’re used to them, but you’ve got to get used to them.

I think the squats will be fine as well. But probably should include as practice.

First practice in a while. After my 5 mile progression run did 5 rounds of 5/10/15 chinups /pressups /squats. Was breathing hard but tempted to try and increase the number of rounds tomorrow after a shorter run.

Just 2 sets of (3x 5/10/15) today but topped up press-ups to 200.

31-31 January 2021 we're going to do a Half Murph (800m run, 50 pull ups, 100 press ups, 150 squats, 800m run).
