Of course he is. I think he's actually starting to feel excited about it ๐Ÿ˜‰

I'm planning on trying out my partitioning doing 5/10/15 for a half murph just to see how it feels. It may well have to be after my gym session later this week though. Giving contemplation to ring rows after how chest to bars on the squat rack felt yesterday though. I'm searching out a pull up programme but I know I won't be ready for this time around to do them. Need to drastically increase my upper body strength.

It's whatever is going to work for you EB. It's taken me all of this year so far to get to a point where I can think of doing 100 pull ups in 5s in any sort of realistic time.

It's starting that's the hardest part too. Until you can get one pull up done they're impossible but once you can do one you can probably manage 2 the next day and 3 the day after then you're off and running. Before you know it a couple of sets of 5 are within you and then the sky is the limit.

That first one, though!

2 runs this morning (both over a mile) with a 20 minute AMRAP of 5/10/15 partitioned reps in-between in the park. Managed 15 rounds. It was quite cold!

I have that bit much easier than you EB. My office is the dining room. I'm at work now. Don't tell my boss you saw me on here. ;-)

wow, well don Nellers. I dusted off my chin up bar and had a go to see how many I could do. I managed 3, a 5sec break then 2. So I'm good for one round! If I could subsitute them for press-ups I'd be golden, I'm on sets of 50 on them at the moment. I'll try and do some chin ups every time I do some press-ups and see where it gets me.

By the way, anyone have a good form guide on chin-ups and squats?
