Me too. You can also bring your feet in closer to your body with feet flat on the floor to make it a bit easier if you need to. Either I'll do that or a very thick heavy duty band for pull ups on the bar. Will decide nearer the time which will be the best to use. Time wise I'm guessing the squat rack one will make for faster change over to next exercise as for the banded pull ups I'll have to climb on a box and put my foot in a band to start and reverse the process. I also envisage the multiple climbing up and down on the box will tire my legs more than is necessary ðĪ·ââïļ

I went out this morning to see if I was capable of running one mile without stopping as last time I tried to run half a mile at the gym I had two walk breaks. Today one mile non stop and in just under 11 mins (10.49 according to Garmin) I was very surprised indeed. I will try and run at least one mile every weekend until the challenge just to get used to how it feels to run again.

Well done EB. That's a promising start and you're only going to get better from here.
I'm planning to head out in a bit and try more or less a half murph but I'll be doing it in the rain. Run up to a local playground and do the pull ups on the monkey bars there before running home.
It's that second run that has me worried!

Don't ruin your recovery by pushing it though RH. It would be great if you could but not if it leaves you injured for longer afterwards.

Monkey bar pull ups in the rain sound like hard work hope it goes well ð yes that second run when I did my half murph was bambi legs all the way.
It will be great to have you on board RH but please like Nellers says don't let it compromise your recovery. We could always make this into a monthly event ð ðĪŠ ðĨī
