Definitely worrying about the running before and after. May try some reps after one of my streak savers this week.

I haven’t done pull ups for ages. I reckon I might be able to do 5 in a row. I reckon I might need 10 mins between reps. That means about 3.5hours just for that bit. How long do people think this might take? I reckon I could do 200 press ups in about an hour (if I don’t ruin myself) I reckon I could take all day!

The world record for a full unpartitioned murph with the weighted vest is something like 36 minutes. Under an hour is good, very good for a first time out.

I won't be under the hour for definite I'm running 12mmp πŸ˜‚ and I will definitely be crawling the last mile πŸ₯΄ Now considering if I should do it partitioned πŸ€” If I do it at the gym I'd get kicked out for partitioning it πŸ˜‚ πŸ™ˆ
