Right here Ultradunc. I should have thought of the Press Up thread folks earlier!

Are you going for the full gig or scaling somehow?

Think I’ll do the full . I’ve been wanting something to motivate me to do more pull ups, so I’ll now start working on progressing the reps and see where I get to.

Just looking back maybe the weighted vest might be too much. I’ll try it out first

Brilliant! I don't think the squats or press ups are going to be a struggle for you at all and I reckon with a bit of practice and a sensible rep scheme you'll be fine.

The real struggle for me is probably going to be the second run with crampy quads.

I'm still up for it but looking at logistics for doing it. May well be late evening. CB is in with me I think too.
I will do a full not half murph but scale the movements and no weighted vest. I know some people 'partition' the workout but I'll be aiming to complete all pull ups (scaled) then move to push ups (knees) then to squats before finishing with the final 'run'.
Running will be my big challenge furthest I've run recently was 800m 🥴

That's tough EB! I'm definitely partitioning the reps 5/10/15 X 20. Good that you and CB will be doing it together though. That's going to help having a bit of mutual support.

Just had a go. Managed 5 reps of chinups, pressups and squats in 6m 27s. Took it steady and as expected it was the chinups couldn't continue so stopped here.

That's shifting TBR. Well done mate.

I'm going to be working on making sure I can run after the reps over the next few weeks. Thats the bit that has me worried.

Oh I missed the weighted vest comment Ultradunc. Brave or daft? I'm not too sure. ;-)
