I assume the 2nd time should be 21.21! mr d. My PB is 20.29 from 2019, the best since then is 21.29 at the end of January. My current aim is 21.00. Sorry Fenland Flier badly worded. 20:21 was not a parkrun, so 5k pb not my parkrun pb at the flat Ipswich twilight 5k, which sadly seems to have gone. I was nearly a minute faster there than my previous parkrun.

Pothunter May 2023 8:38pm, 13 May 2023 7,762 posts	0 Pothunter 20:32 for me today parkrun wava of 71.26 (best ever) and a Fetch wava of 70.67 which I’m very happy with Part of me wonders how much extra work will be required to sneak under 20. Might just have to “cheat” and visit a flat neighbouring parkrun to see what’s possible
