Not my best performance but a fair indication of where I'm currently at.

I was consistent and strong to the end.

Given the last three months and the physical and emotional stress, I'm happy with that.

The downside was 5 tumbles, busted ribs and a broken wrist.
At least 6 weeks in a cast :-(
