FurryH Hmm, Will update the prediction closer to the time. Sub 2hr would be nice but 2hr 5min may be more realistic :) UPDATE sept no running due to chest infection. Not being running for 5 weeks :( UPDATE late sept. Running again with 6 wks to go... Very wet run but pleased with the time.

john_n Bad experience at this race last year with an injury a couple of miles in, hope I don't have a repeat! Running fairly well, think there is a little bit of improvement on my PB, but probably not a lot. Lovely day for the ducks - quack!

Vicksta Yuk, miserable! Driving rain and vicious wind on an undulating course. Set off at 7:40 pace (slower than PB pace), struggled with that, so gave up any thoughts of chasing a PB. Having been ill for the last two weeks won’t have helped matters I am sure, and I am still sounding rather husky! Ah well, St Neots in two weeks. On the plus side, we appear to have won the team prize, shame we didn’t stay for the prizegiving! 217th, 31st Female, 12th F35.

Vindicator 1:35.30 on a course that does not suit me and iin very tough conditions. Iset out to hold back on the 1st lap and attempt 6:52 min/mile on the second - was not even close!
