Recently formed in 2022, Billingham Running Club is an English Athletics Affiliated club that provides competition for runners of a wide range of abilities from the recreational runner to the competitive athlete.
Based on Greenwood Road in Billingham, training nights are Mondays at 6.00pm and Thursdays at 6.00pm

Club Sessions
Monday
Monday nights are a general recovery run up to around 6.2mi (10km) with runners in groups of similar abilities from around 7m 30s/mi down to 11m/mi.
The meeting point changes week to week but will be published on our social media in advance.

Thursday nights are for quality sessions with runners in groups of similar abilities with sessions that vary week to week. These include:
Shorter VO₂ reps (e.g. 400m repeats, 600m repeats)
Longer threshold reps (e.g. 1k repeats, 1mi repeats, progression runs)
Hill repeats
Strength (i.e. short and fast repeats)
Typically we meet at Greenwood Road in Billingham but this may change week to week and will be published on our social media in advance.
