Flat Out Fi Had a gd race today. It was really nice to do a race without any known rivals being there! Good conditions for it and was v pleased with my time, getting back towards where I should be at last! Was 4th lady and 2nd fv35. Didn't stay for the results.

Vindicator Was meant to be a 'on the quiet' race where I was going to do 44 - 45 mins as part of a return to form. Was on target to 5k going through in 22 mins dead and good splits for 6 & 7k, where something went in my leg. Decided to jog in for an unofficial 49:50 to avoid making it worse.
