Biastai Not bad as I ran this after getting a PB at Abingdon only 2 weeks ago. It absolutely lashed down and I was shivering at the start. Once under way I realised it was right to start off a lot slower than usual and chill. Glad I did when it came to the hills. Phew! What a great race!

Big Kahuna Great race, knee held up with Level 2 brace. Had to walk up from 22 mile to top and then through Llanberis. managed a good sprint at the end. Brilliant race for everything apart from the weather at the start.

Pericles Actual time ten seconds faster (3:28:54) than the official time. Wild, wet and windy day - extraordinary experience. Went too fast for first half, felt good but then died on last hill.
