Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

lildude What a cracker of a race. Glorious weather, though a bit on the gusty side of things. I set off at a good pace and very quickly settled into a pace of around 4:00 a km and managed to keep it for most of the race. I was slowed down quite dramatically across the open stretch towards the end due to the huge headwind.

I can't believe I managed such a great time. I think I may have a sub-40 min 10k in me this season and I wasn't expecting one until at least next year.

Provisional Results are up already and put me 59th out of 696 runners.
