JEJ I ran it by putting one leg in front of the other, then repeating, although at a diminishing rate throughout the race ;o)

No.8 ™ Happy, over the injury just need to regain fitness. Managed to keep it under 7 min miling which is encouraging. Bloody cold and bloody windy today.

Slow Going Ooops - must have clicked on the wrong button at RW and accidentally entered this :-D

Harder work than I expected, with lots of up+down+up for underpasses + river bridges and lots of sharp bends. Pretty good fun really, lots of free lucozade and a big PB. (and #8 got a photo of me too :-) )

Sir Moses Hill Roundabouts, roundabouts and more roundabouts, but absolutely loved it. Marathon training paying dividends as this was a PB of 4 mins.

RunningRev TOTALY smashed my previous PB by 23 minutes and came in 8 minutes faster than my predicted time!!! VERY happy with this result. Legs started shaking near the end which slowed my down so I have to learn to cope with that. The event itself was a bit poorly organised with no obvious start with a clock, and once over the finish line there was a huge queue :(

sarahbob Not a great race for me - but pleased I only went a minute or so outside my PB. Wasn't on great form and found the crush at the end a bit of an anti-climax. Must try harder next time (me, that is)
