Hello all. I'm 29 and have been running for 4-5 years, although I've ramped things up considerably in the last 12 months. Originally from Northern Ireland but living in Oxfordshire and really enjoying the quantity and variety of races within a two-hour Sunday morning radius of home. Ran my first marathon in Belfast on 1st May (3:46) and have entered Abingdon later in the year. But some triathlons and the Jersey Challenge to come before then. Not to mention the cricket season.
Getting loads out of training and racing at the moment. I'm getting leaner, faster, feel good about myself and am still at that nice stage where PBs are relatively easy to come by!
